Brigitte Crawford is an Iron Pu'ali! She is in the best shape of her life and has achieved some serious fitness goals! She recently entered her first Figure Competition and is helping clients make Fitness, Nutrition and Rest the building blocks for success. Brigitte truly enjoys training individual clients that are ready to make a life change. She knows she can really make a positive difference in people's lives.
Brigitte joined Pam's Fitness First in September 2009 and makes working out a daily
priority. Whether it be lifting free-weights, hitting the circuit machines or burning
it up on the cardio equipment, Brigitte works out like she lives life: enjoying each
and every moment!
Initially Brigitte will need to know your level of commitment and
your goals, this will help to stay on track and make this healthy shift into a habit
and not a chore. She also is there to offer support, encouragement and tools specific
to your goals. Brigitte offers unique and creative motivational tips and activities
to keep you focused, committed and successful!
She admits that her clients are responsible for achieving their results, and that
it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. But Iron Pu'ali techniques
make workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time. It is through this
encouragement and client-specific programming that results will be seen and goals
accomplished.
Brigitte is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Sports Nutritionist*,
she leads an active lifestyle that balances Family, Fun and Fitness! When she is
not encouraging clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children,
listening to music, kayaking, and surfing!

Pamela Miller, owner and operator of Grass Valley’s “Pam’s Fitness First”, began her love of personal fitness during her senior year in high school at the age of seventeen. While attending school and working part time she began a routine of working out after her shift ended. She spent at least one hour at her neighborhood gym every evening and kept herself on a routine schedule.
Several years after graduating high school Pam moved to Houston, Texas to pursue a change of pace. She began work as a hostess and couldn’t help but start to feel like she had no definite plan for her life. Shortly thereafter her luck changed. Pam received a phone call from her father, who works in real estate, with news that her old neighborhood gym was up for sale and would she be interested in becoming the gym’s new owner and operator? Pam quickly agreed and made arrangements to move home to California.
Starting from the ground up, Pam has overcome many struggles and challenges to become her own certified personal trainer, mentor and business woman. She now owns a beautifully renovated gym with over two-hundred and thirty-five active members.
In June of 2010 Pam gave birth to a daughter and added another role to her already growing list as Mother.
Pam continues to be a “hands on” business owner and is dedicated to providing her clients with a first class experience.
